Building a community and working with NFTs—without being at the mercy of third-party whims—requires a more comprehensive approach across various areas. As an amateur, you might underestimate the time it takes to keep things running smoothly; we were eager to get up and running, especially since we lacked a minting mechanism. It turns out this isn't so simple—projects like NFTz and Safetynet relied on their own nodes (computers), and while others have done the same, the current state of the community makes that approach prohibitively expensive. You can certainly operate on the DeSo blockchain without running your own nodes, but the fear that someone might "pull the plug" makes people nervous. Personally, I’m not worried—I remain confident—but you have to take action to make it work. That’s what I’ve started doing; it opens up new paths, and you learn as you go. It’s not just about the operational costs—it’s also a significant time commitment. I do this as a hobby, but hobbies cost money, so we need to be honest and clever about managing those expenses. Minting on DeSo works fine, but if you want to go beyond just storing data and a preview image, you’ll need to take further steps. I’ll share more details on that later. You can continue working the "DeSo way," but remember that you’re only dealing with data; if you want to store something, it costs money—the real question is, how much? I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for your interest, and until next time! Best, @OuwePiet 🔝🫶🇳🇱

It’s still in test mode. I’ve already made some adjustments, laying things out more neatly. Mobile display is still a bit of an issue, and I still need to test it on other screen sizes. I’ve also been working on the regulations and storage management—that’s nearly finished, too. I’ve now synchronized the buttons across all pages so they’re in the same positions, look identical, and so on. It’s high time this NFT project gets up and running. I’ll set aside some time tomorrow; in the afternoon, we have an introductory session for the new housing development with the buyer support team. Thursday I’m babysitting, and Friday I’m heading to the notary. In between all that, I’m also connecting keyboardists to the platform. It’s starting to feel like real work! 🤫😉👌🍀
