I had to make a major change in my ISP circuit. I honestly thought I could have two circuits running in parallel. That was not the case and when the tech came onsite I really didn't have a good option. I let the community down and I apologize for the downtime. Any apps that are running on @DeSoHosting and had issues was NOT the fault of the developers. This was all my fault. I will do better to minimize downtime in the future. There really shouldn't be any as the next changes will be adding more servers and switches internally.

Update #3 I should have everything resolved. If you are having any issues getting into your VPS, let me know. Update #2 I believe I have ironed out all the wrinkles with the IPs today. You may need to login to DeSoHosting and reboot your machine in order to get the new IP. Let me know if you have any trouble with that. Update: still working on some routing issues due to the new addresses. The good news is once this is done, there shouldn't be many issues going forward. Important update!!! Network is going to be offline as I upgrade to a Business ISP! New IPs will have to be given out to the VPS. I'm sorry for the short notice, but this needs to happen so we don't break TOS. I've been working on some things to help keep DeSoHosting organized and have a viable upgrade plan as more clients get onboarded. Keep in mind, this is only the start of DeSo hosting! DeSo is always going to be the identity and primary option to pay, but I also accept DUSDC, USDC, and PayPal at the moment. #LetsBuild

If your VPS is having write issues to your drive, please try rebooting your machine. This should fix the issue. This shouldn't occur again as I now have procedures in place to avoid this.

For transparency: I was having an unstable Internet connection that was affecting all VPS machines. I would experience a 3-5 minute disconnect 1-2 times a day. I needed to switch out my router for one that could handle the load of traffic. I'm hopeful this will resolve the issue and the connections should be more stable going forward. Sorry for the disruptive service today, but this was a necessary evil I needed to take care of.

Update! I'm sorry, my timeframe was way off! All VPS machines should be reachable. I'm still working on DeSoHosting.com website. I'm getting closer on that too. I'll let you know when that is back functioning.

After a few hiccups, I have added another server in the mix. I will be able to handle a lot more customers now! I'm so excited for addition. I have completed extensive research and have developed a detailed plan for building a redundant, scalable hosting infrastructure. This includes the design and pricing of enterprise-grade servers, network switches, and firewalls, as well as a fully redundant architecture suitable for production hosting environments. I have also built a strong proof-of-concept that demonstrates the viability and performance of the system. With this foundation in place, I am now seeking funding to move into the next phase of the project, which includes procurement of production hardware, colocation services for power and network redundancy, and formal business formation. The total funding requirement is $250,000. This capital will be used to establish the LLC, secure business insurance, deploy the initial infrastructure, and support the transition into a fully operational hosting environment.
